Review:
Since the proprietor of Modern Athletic Health, I wanted to check this product personally, as I have some experience with GSH deficiency in addition to supplementing to improve my GSH levels. My training style to health and health is rather intense than a gym goer. I was a high school and college football player, so I have always pushed myself harder. Age 28, I still refuse to undermine the strength of my workouts and utilize   a mix of heavy weight training, interval aerobic exercise, optional conveys, very low intensity cardiovascular and higher rep/volume training to constantly challenge myself and remain in the best health and shape possible. The problem with INTENSE instruction is that it has a whole plethora of negative effects which occur within the body when remainder, recovery and nutrition aren’t emphasized. When they are, intensity gym-goers and higher performance athletes need an advantage.
I have used this product for 3 weeks (roughly 14-17 workouts) and that I managed to see some very promising results. The thing I immediately noticed was my ability to maneuver through workouts I needed rest time between sets and exercises. Additionally, I noticed some modest increases in strength for my heavy lifts (media, bench, squat, deadlift, wash, sled pushes) which falls in line with manufacturer’s claims of enhanced time to fatigue and improved force output.     GSH can be crucial in cutting  myalgia (muscle pain). When you train hard, you’re bound to get some nagging breeds and pains. Increasing your GSH levels might aid with relieving these pains and allowing you to train as quickly as you need and want to!
SeeSI Nutrientsnow and give this product a try!
